Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlgoOCR web platform and web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Algoza Solutions OPC Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") at algoocr.com. By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• Page Credit means the permanent account unit used for one chargeable converted page.
• Demo means the separate public allowance of up to three lifetime chargeable pages; it is not transferred to an account.
• Payment receipt confirms that Page Credits were added. A separate commercial invoice may be issued after complete billing details are available.

2. Accounts and Security

You must be at least 18, provide a deliverable email address, verify it before authenticated conversion, and protect your credentials. Verification, password-reset, session, and payment-attempt links or records may expire for security; Page Credits themselves do not expire.

3. Demo and Page Credits

• Page Credits are one-time purchases, do not renew, and do not expire. Additional purchases add to the same account total.
• One Page Credit covers one chargeable converted page. Free/fallback exclusions described by the Service remain unchanged.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices and availability shown before purchase may change prospectively, without changing Page Credits already delivered.
• No customer tax is calculated or displayed. Commercial invoices contain only the approved billing and payment facts; optional business details do not change treatment.

4. Documents and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of submitted documents and must have authority to process them. You must not bypass security or usage controls, automate abusive access, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it unlawfully. OCR and AI output may be imperfect and must be reviewed before official, legal, or financial use.

5. Refunds

A confirmed purchase is non-refundable except for a duplicate charge, a completed charge where purchased Page Credits were not delivered, or where applicable law requires a refund. The Refund Policy controls review of those exceptions.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion through the existing support email. Before execution, we will warn that unused Page Credits will be forfeited and cannot be restored through deletion, deletion creates no refund beyond the three exceptions or applicable law, and legally required accounting and payment records may be retained. You may cancel after receiving the warning and before deletion is executed.

7. Availability and Permanent Shutdown

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the Service permanently shuts down, customer purchase presentation and backend order admission will stop before closure. Any remedy for unused Page Credits requires a separate approved decision; there is no automatic proportional remedy or balance mutation.

8. Liability and Governing Law

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to courts in Nanded, Maharashtra. We may update these Terms and will publish the updated date.
