Refund Policy

A confirmed Page Credit purchase is non-refundable except in the three circumstances below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
1. Free Evaluation
The public demo provides one free demo page without payment. Demo pages are separate from an account and never transfer into Page Credits.
2. The Three Refund Exceptions
- A duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
- A completed charge where the purchased Page Credits were not delivered to your account.
- A refund required by applicable law.
The number of pages used, time since purchase, conversion results, or a cancellation request do not create additional refund rights beyond the exceptions above. A refund recorded by the payment provider does not automatically add, remove, or restore Page Credits.
3. How to Request Review
Email info@algozasolutions.com with your account email, payment reference, approximate purchase date, and which of the three exceptions applies. We may request evidence needed to verify the charge and delivery record.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor (Razorpay for INR payments in India, PayPal for USD international payments) to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
4. Account Deletion
Deleting an account does not create an additional refund exception. Before your account is deleted, you will be warned that unused Page Credits are forfeited and cannot be restored through deletion, that legally required accounting and payment records may be retained, and that you may cancel the deletion request after receiving that warning.
5. Permanent Service Shutdown
If AlgoOCR permanently shuts down, we will stop offering and accepting new Page Credit purchases before closure. Any arrangement for unused Page Credits will be communicated separately. Closure does not automatically create a refund or change your Page Credit balance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
